After exploring careers in Fashion Design and the Culinary Arts, I landed into the world of healing and wellness in 2013. I spent years experiencing body shame and crippling anxiety and through the support of somatic & therapeutic practices (most notably breathwork). I am at a place where I can safely say I love my body and who I've 'grown into' being. My personal experiences have paved the way for the unfolding of the work I do today.

Coherent breathing daily

Practice 3-5 minutes of coherent breathing daily: a 5 count inhale, followed by a 5 count exhale in and out of your nose

Silent walks in nature

Go for a walk without your phone: moments spent in nature with no distractions are rare and wildly nourishing for the whole body
